REDUCATIONEvery Tuesday morning, assistants attend classes. Senior stylists are on a teaching rotation to ensure an expansive knowledge base and a well rounded approach to education. Plus, the stylists continue to learn in the best way possible - by teaching!
The progress of each assistant is monitored through portfolios and tests. Before assistants go on the floor, Red celebrates their Graduation Day. This is when assistants present models to the staff in a private hair and fashion show in which assistants are responsible for hair, makeup and wardrobe. We demand excellence from each and every new stylist in order to prepare them for any situation. We empower our staff, for the staff is the legacy of Red.
