Erica Lowell has been at Red for 6 years and counting. Erica, in addition to taking her own clients, works as Red's Educational Director. It is in this capacity that Erica helps to mold all current assistants and junior stylists into the great and successful stylists they desire to become. Also, as a "Pure Artist" for
Pureology, Erica travels the country training and assisting other hairdressers in reaching their fullest potentials. In her free time, Erica enjoys snowboarding. |

Tanya Mehl
Tanya Mehl has been in the beauty industry for over ten years now. She has worked alongside top international and national stylists. After completing her cosmetology certification, Tanya moved to Toronto, Ontario for an extensive study of makeup at the prestigious Complections International. Upon completion, she moved back to Michigan and began her passionate journey into the fashionable world of hair and makeup. Tanya is certified in Great Lengths Extensions and can produce an incredible and undetectable head of extensions, flawless in color match with meticulous installation. In her free time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her adorable Pit Bull. |

Stefanie began her career studying at the prestigious Aveda Institute of Chicago and graduated in 2008. Since then, she has been a hair stylist in the Metro Detroit area and loves working in Birmingham. She has attended many educationally classes. Stefanie is an expert in Keratin Treatments, Extensions and colors. Her clientele ranges vastly in age and includes both men and women. She enjoys working out, spending time with her family, her boyfriend and taking care of her dog, Rocko. |
